While normally I'd be slightly tripped up by little things like an overly crowded subway car or a full inbox at work, the CBD oil seems to have taken the edge off of my anxiety a bit. I started taking 100 mg cbd a month ago (2-3 drops at night every other day) I had a eye twitch and stayed up late doing homework and on my phone but was able to sleep fine. Are you willing to share what you're anxiety is about? I had panic and anxiety attacks for years and used Ativan and later Lorazepam for them, especially when I had to fly in planes. About 6 years ago I started taking Citalopram antidepressant, and all my anxiety/panic attacks went away. I only had it again recently during my withdrawal process. I know my relief from anxiety is from the Citalopram. I even did 7 zip lines in Costa Rica a little over a year ago. My flights there, to Panama and back were anxiety free. That has been so incredible for me! I love traveling now.

Saw this comment and had to answer. Especially as I get asked this quite frequently. Generally speaking there are dozens of CBD oils on the market. It’s important to go for one that uses a good extraction process (CO2 is preferred) and a brand that has a good reputation. From a medical point of view we are still not 100% sure of the effects but we know that CBD has fewer side effects than opioids or other anti-inflammatory drugs.
