I felt the same way. I had anxiety about taking CBD Oil. I have never used it before and of course, I have never even used marijuana. I was nervous that it had .3 THC in it. My husband had to keep reassuring me that it was okay for me to take. I’m as straight-laced as they come. I have an extreme type A personality. I tried it. Saw this comment and had to answer. Especially as I get asked this quite frequently. Generally speaking there are dozens of CBD oils on the market. It’s important to go for one that uses a good extraction process (CO2 is preferred) and a brand that has a good reputation. From a medical point of view we are still not 100% sure of the effects but we know that CBD has fewer side effects than opioids or other anti-inflammatory drugs. It’s important though to consult with your primary physician before using any sort of medication.

I have been totally off the effexor and all anti-depressants for 2 weeks now. The dizziness is getting much better however my emotions/agitation are horrible. I cry at everything and am extremely crabby/agitated. I realize most of this has to do with the withdrawal. I really want to see this through to find out if I can live without anti-depressants but at the same time I know it's very hard on my family. I have another doctor appt beginning of April and she says that if I don't feel better by then I most likely will need to go back on an anti-depressant. For the most part I agree with her. My hopes of proving her wrong as getting slim however. I'd like to know how long it took some of you who have withdrawn from anti-depressants to feel somewhat 'normal' or you knew you had to go back on them? I guess I'm asking if another month is a good amount of time for me to determine what I should do. In some ways I feel like I should start on them again now but I'm not going there yet? BTW, I am in no way feeling suicidal. Mornings seem to be my worst time and by early evenings I feel somewhat better – is this strange too? Hey Linda. Thanks for your comment. I understand your frustration. Since you say you are taking Seroquel, I recommend checking with a doctor if you are mixing CBD with this and other medications. As far as dosage goes, always best to start low (0.5 mg to 20 mg of CBD) and then only add more if you need it and slowly increase your dose. Here’s my experience: started with insomnia in 2011 that led up to a vicious circle insomnia/anxiety/depression. Took all kinds of sleeping pills/benzodiazepines for around 3-4 years straight until I decided to stop. Yoga, meditation, binaural beats, smoking pot, you name it. I started reading about CBD like 2 months ago and decided to give it a try. I live in Europe so I was able to get my hands in a product that’s a mix of CBD and melatonin. So far it has been working great if I take it after exercising for around 1 hour at the gym. It works well but in moments of high stress it has no effects at all. As soon as I get worried about anything, or if I get sick I’m not able to sleep at all even if I take the whole bottle of CBD oil, I honestly don’t know why, I guess it’s very “mental” but in general I sleep very well after taking CBD oil.

My husband has RSD and we are considering CBD oil -= I would ask at Hempmed because the spray won't have enough in it. Our dgt';s friend has ovarian cancer and it is shrinking her tumors but the spray would never have been enough. I would get CBD oil and check with Hempmeds to see what they suggest. LOW dose Naltrexone about 4.5 mg is very helpful for RSD and is usually used for getting people off of drugs but is working on turning off the glial cells that surround the nerve that is causing the nerve to scream in pain. Of course, the easiest solution, advocates say, is for the federal government to legalize cannabis completely. If cannabis were legalized—the whole plant and all its extracts, no confusing singling-out of specific compounds or anatomical features—then U.S. drug companies would be able to carefully cultivate and research its medicinal properties, and submit their findings to regulatory bodies like the FDA for trials and approval.
Hello everyone I’m kimberly a 25 year old mother & wife. I’ve been suffering with extreme anxiety and panic attacks since August of 2016 every single day now and it was so bad I couldn’t leave my bedroom I didn’t want to eat or anything I felt dead and I was always running to the hospital or doctors because I thought I was dying when I would have an attack. I even tried Xanax, Ativan, Betta blockers & some other medicine the doctor prescribed and omg it made it worse I felt brain foggy & weird so I stopped it after almost two months. I was a person who love to drive anywhere and travel and do things with my family and dirt bike ride and work etc but I became so afraid of Everything I lost my job and lost so much weight and man it was bad and last year I became pregnant and for six months my anxiety and panic attacks weren’t so bad they calmed down & I was able to cope with it and relax a little better. I use to smoke marijuana until one day I smoked something very strong & I was so paranoid it was scary so I stopped smoking (this was before I was pregnant) well after I had my baby this past December my anxiety & panic attacks are coming back strong again. Everything I feel I get scared. Has anyone tried it? I don’t want medication I wana try natural things or the CBD.
