Hey Linda. Thanks for your comment. I understand your frustration. Since you say you are taking Seroquel, I recommend checking with a doctor if you are mixing CBD with this and other medications. As far as dosage goes, always best to start low (0.5 mg to 20 mg of CBD) and then only add more if you need it and slowly increase your dose. Likewise, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) may interfere with sleep architecture and decrease restorative sleep, leading to increased awakenings, reduced REM sleep, increased REM latency, as well as increased periodic limb movement during sleep (Feige et al., 2002). Crippa et al.
